How Big Could I Be After Non-Surgical Girth Enhancement?
If you’re considering non-surgical girth enhancement, the safest place to start is with two things:
- an accurate measurement of your current girth, and
- realistic expectations based on anatomy, tissue characteristics, and treatment design.
This page is focused on hyaluronic acid (HA) girth enhancement—an adjustable, non-surgical option when planned and performed medically.
What's your penile girth right now?
Before you decide what result you want, measure what you have right now using a simple, repeatable method.
How to measure girth (circumference) correctly
To determine penile girth, use a soft measuring tape (or string + ruler):
- Wrap the tape around the thickest part of the shaft.
- Record the number where the tape meets itself.
- For erect measurements, wait until you have a full erection (not partial).
- Measure more than once on different days and use the average.
Tip: Measurement consistency matters more than perfection. Use the same method each time.
How does your girth compare to average?
If you want a quick reference point, see our average length and girth guide here:
Average Penis Size (Length & Girth)
Average Flaccid Circumference: 3.75 inches
Average Erect Circumference: 4.7 inches
Rejuvall® approach: it starts with a foundation
A smooth, natural-looking outcome is not just about how much filler is used—it’s about how the foundation is built and how the plan is staged.
Two foundation sessions (typical starting plan)
Many patients begin with a conservative foundation strategy over two visits. The reason is simple: the first treatment often produces the most noticeable swelling and tissue response, and a staged approach helps the result settle more evenly.
After your first foundational session is complete and fully healed (minimum six weeks), you can safely add your second set of eight foundational layers. Rushing or overfilling early is one of the most common causes of uneven contour and dissatisfaction.
Important: Your exact plan is individualized. Some patients need less; others benefit from more gradual staging.
“How big will I be?” — what affects outcomes
Your final girth change depends on several patient-specific factors, including:
- Starting length and girth (proportion matters)
- Skin and soft tissue characteristics
- How your body responds to swelling and settling
- Volume used and how it’s staged
- Aftercare and activity restrictions during early healing
Because of these variables, we don’t treat results like a one-size-fits-all math problem. We use conservative planning + follow-up to keep outcomes natural and predictable.
Use the Penis Size Calculator (estimate filler volume)
If you want a conservative ballpark estimate of volume needed for a target change, use our calculator:
Calculator note: Estimates are for education only. Your actual plan must be confirmed during a medical consult.
MacroSculpting™ and cannula-free planning
Rejuvall’s non-surgical girth enhancement is performed using MacroSculpting™, Dr. Carney’s technique for proportion-focused contour planning and controlled placement.
Clinics use different tools and techniques. What matters most is anatomy-guided placement, conservative dosing, and a follow-up strategy—because the goal is a result that looks intentional and settles evenly over time.
Can I make my result longer-lasting later?
Some patients start with HA because it’s adjustable and non-surgical, then later consider a longer-lasting option once they’re confident in their proportions and preferred look.
If you’re interested in that pathway, we’ll explain candidacy and timing during consultation and direct you to the appropriate education page.

Typical Outcomes
Patients with an average sized penis will usually be about one inch thicker after two rounds of foundational layering with H/A.
A patient with an average sized penis can usually get to 1.75 to 2 inches thicker after a pair of foundational layers followed by a “Jumbo” layering session.
We’ll discuss what is realistic for you during a private consult.

Afterwards, and before we can schedule the exact date for your first procedure, our surgeon will need to conduct a brief urologic examination. The majority of men complete this step using the same safe HIPAA-protected Telehealth platform that we use to treat urologic clinical patients.
