Increasing Length: MEGAMAXL™
MAXL™ is Rejuvall’s acronym for our proprietary, 6:1 lengthening technology.
Increased penis length is the most common request with male enhancement, probably because the pop-culture response to: “How big are you?” is usually defined by the length of your penis.
How much longer will my penis be after the enlargement procedure?
We can usually add anywhere from 1 to 2.4 inches of penis length through our proprietary FDA-Cleared MAXL™ surgical lengthening procedures.
This variance is based upon the exact procedure, a man’s existing anatomy, and the patient’s dedication to following aftercare techniques. A three-inch increase in length is the absolute most that can ever be achieved because of limitations with function of the penis organ. Alas, three-inch increases are also rare.
Important considerations regarding adding penile shaft length
Significant Increases in length ALWAYS requires surgery.
While you can increase flaccid size length through girth procedures due to the increased weight and bulk associated with thickening measures, improvement in penetration length will require a surgical procedure. See procedure options and associated cost estimates in the price list chart above.
All surgical lengthening procedures include releasing the suspensory ligaments at the base and the deep ligaments plus repositioning. Rejuvall’s proprietary lengthening technology includes six different procedures within a singular operation. WE don’t believe releasing the suspensory ligaments alone provides any measurable increase to length except in rare cases. We surgically reposition at least one inch of your penis that’s presently inside outward to go along with a release of ligaments.

Fat Tissue Transplant for Men

We harvest the appropriate tissue using an FDA cleared extraction process to safeguard cellular purity and we pre-treat the penis with a technology that stimulates endothelial cells in a manner that helps the body support the transplant 300% faster than alternative versions. We have patients that we sometimes refer to as the “coke can” guys who’ve had repeated enhancements to their width, resulting in male thickness rivaling the diameter of a coke can. For some men, and their partners, this outcome is a “dream come true”. However, it can require ongoing augmentation of the glans.
Increasing Both Length and Thickness
OUR MOST POPULAR ENLARGEMENT is our FDA-cleared, all-natural and permanent PERM MAXL surgery that delivers improved length and width at the same time. Will insurance cover medical penis enlargement?
No; penis augmentation is considered an elective cosmetic procedure, and thus is never not covered by any form of health insurance. This is the case for surgery or nonsurgical services. The expense must be paid by the patient or through a medical financing platform.
Surgery Deposits & Payment
You will be required to pay a $1,000 non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling to lock-in your exact date for your enlargement.
The remaining balance owed for your specified service must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to your service date.
Patient Financing
We offer a variety of patient financing platforms through third-party vendors. All require an evaluation of your credit score and payment history.
The amount you’ll be required to put down as well as the interest rate charged on borrowed monies is directly related to your credit rating.
A credit score of at least 680 is usually required to fund most balances although some lenders will provide select patients cash with a score as low as 580, but it’s rarely the full cost of most procedures.
