Foundational Layering™ Explained (first two rounds of H/A injections)
To help ensure long term success and a better short term outcome, Rejuvall first employs Foundational Layering™ that creates an ideal base. Our Foundational Layering™ process requires two rounds of Hyaluronic Acid (H/A) injections, most commonly beginning with eight layers per session for a total of 19.2 mL after both rounds. A man’s inflammatory response system reacts differently to a significant dose of a foreign agent injected into his tissue. While H/A is the safest dermal filler on the market, it can still illicit various forms of negative reactions when first administered. This reaction is mitigated by our cannula-free MacroSculpting technology, but it must be managed with every patient.
It is essential to start slowly and modify injection location and layering amounts based on the body’s response to the first two Foundational Layering sessions.
Rejuvall’s Semi-Perm® augmentation is accomplished safely with off-label use of an FDA-approved version of Hyaluronic Acid (H/A) Dermal Filler.

As mentioned previously, these first two layers of H/A are also strategically positioned so that the patient can readily switch to a different bulking agent if he changes his mind. In comparison to blunt tip cannula techniques, REJUVALL® MacroSculpting™ results in quicker healing.
On rare occasion, a patient’s body does not respond well to the H/A or Lidocaine injections, in which case we can identify a more appropriate route. If a patient is less than happy with his H/A enhancement, we can let is dissolve naturally (usually within 18 months after the first Foundational Layers) or he can schedule injections of human-made hyaluronidase to remove it promptly. The enzyme hyaluronidase is produced by the body to degrade and dissolve excess collagen.

As mentioned, 97% of patients receive eight layers to initiate the first level of Foundational structure. 95% of those choose to receive an additional eight layers during their second foundational session. SemiPerm® Follow-Up Layering™ Sessions

After a patient’s foundational layers are established, injectable filler patients receive a $300 / off with our membership discount per session unless we must repair problems created by fillers from other clinics as these cases take more time.
We don’t usually recommend that a patient maintain more than 25 mL of added H/A thickness for an average sized penis unless they’re certain they are committed to long term maintenance of an extra thick penis as the shaft skin can eventually stretch creating an unsightly appearance if not maintained.
We often inject between eight and thirteen layers (7.2 mL – 15.6 mL) during the third or more girth layering sessions if a patient is dedicated to achieving and maintaining an extra thick penis.

Rejuvall® BellaThick™ includes off-label injections of FDA-approved Bellafill® PMMA injectable filler.
We advise patients to first achieve their desired new thickness, and then convert to permanent PMMA when they (and their partner) are satisfied with the size and appearance. However, even for males who are 100% certain they want permanent from the beginning, we now require that they begin with H/A filler.
The initial introduction of any injectable filler produces the strongest response in the human body. The tendency of PMMA filler to clump together and produce granuloma nodules is one of its disadvantages. We found that if the first agent injected is H/A, the likelihood of this complication is greatly reduced.
After two sessions of H/A or PMMA filler, patients will receive a $300 discount on all subsequent sessions.

Remember, there are some men not well suited for a non-surgical enlargement
- Patients must be circumcised. Adding girth to an uncircumcised penis almost always causes issues with the natural function of foreskin retraction during an erection, resulting in phimosis, infections, and a number of problematic urologic disorders. We provide non-surgical cosmetic circumcisions for $3,900 that leave extra skin for men wanting to create an extra thick penis. At least three months must pass after a new circumcision has been performed before a non-surgical penile enlargement can be performed.
- Men with enlarged suprapubic fat pads above the base of their penis are not good candidates for starting with a non-surgical girth enlargement. This enhancement will almost always make them appear smaller than they were originally. These men shoulder consider a surgical option where the fat pad is removed, the stomach contoured, and the penis lengthened in a singular procedure.
- Patients with a micropenis usually don’t get fulfilling results starting with a non-surgical girth They should first start with either non-surgical or surgical lengthening. Adding thickness to a shorter penis doesn’t create a positive outcome and will almost always cause the penis to appear smaller.
