Permanent Non-Surgical Penile Thickening
Many males will say, “I want permanent,” until he doesn’t. Unfortunately, once something becomes permanent, it is irreversible.
We at Rejuvall are value shoppers like the majority of our consumers. When a man asks, “Why should I purchase something that isn’t permanent if I’ll have to spend more money later to make it permanent? “I desire a larger manhood. I want it to always be larger”. We understand his reasoning.
However, we’ve learned from experience that there’s more to the equation, particularly with penile thickness.
For example:
· What exact size increased measurement would you like to be permanent?
· Are you satisfied with your new increased size proportional appearance when flaccid and erect in relation to the shaft and glans?
· Is your intimate companion satisfied with your current weight?
More than one patient crossed a threshold with permanency on these and other issues and discovered the only way to reverse their outcome is through time consuming and even more expensive surgery.
Finally, starting with H/A filler vs. PMMA creates a better outcome with PMMA. One of the biggest challenges using a permanent injectable filler like PMMA is the fact its prone to clump together, thereby creating granuloma (small nodules within the penis shaft). This is particularly most likely early on when the body’s inflammatory reactive process is most active. Following at least one round of H/A filler, this risk is dramatically reduced.
We’ve designed our foundational layering process where we can subsequently add the PMMA filler after the optimal size is achieved with H/A to create a smooth transition. This process is exclusive to Rejuvall.
Also, the amount of PMMA that can safely be injected at the onset is much less in terms of total number of milliliters during the foundational structuring, taking away some of the joy of getting bigger.
We always recommend that a non-surgical patient reach his desired thickness first with H/A, then modify his approach to permanence if that’s his priority. At the veery least we insist they get their initial round with H/A to reduce the risks of acquiring granuloma.
Rejuvall® BellaThick™ is a cosmetic medical procedure that involves non-surgical, off-label injections of the only FDA-approved version of “PMMA” or polymethyl methacrylate.
Off-label use of this injectable synthetic made of smooth, round micro-beads of polymethyl methacrylate, suspended in a bovine carrier stimulates tissue inflammation and collagen stimulation to replace bovine agent and encase polymer beads that are too large for body to naturally reabsorb
BellaThick™ noticeably increases both erect and flaccid penile girth or thickness. BellaThick takes longer to increase penile thickness than H/A since it’s a three-step process
1. Collagen carriers trigger inflammatory action
2. Collagen builds around the PMMA microspheres
3. Injecting collagen agent dissipates
There has never been a documented change in a patient’s erection or sensation, although our patient’s sexual partners note significant differences.
A detailed understanding of penile anatomy and function, non-cannula injection methods, and product viscosity gradient are all essential to achieving optimal enhancement with a smooth, symmetrical bigger penis.
All Rejuvall® procedures are performed by one of America’s leading reconstructive urologists: Kenneth J. Carney, MD, PHARM, FACS.
We believe Bellafillâ PMMA is mostly permanent, but the supporting clinical evidence is still evolving.
Currently, Suneva, the distributor of Bellafillâ, has published its five-year, 1,008-patient research, where users saw an 87 percent retention rate, which is indicative of near permanence. The ten-year study is still underway and gets ever more challenging to produce as patients lose interest, lose contact or move on. No form of PMMA has been clinically evaluated beyond five years.
Polymthyl methacrylate (PMMA) is the active ingredient in Bellafill microspheres. It’s a synthetic compound that as a structural support for the skin, like scaffolding for a building, to hold up the skin and fill in lost volume. Bellafill microspheres range between 30 and 50 microns in diameter. Above 20 microns, uniform microspheres are regarded as too large to reabsorb or degrade from being ingested as part of normal human metabolic activity (like what happens with hyaluronic acid).
In our clinical opinion, PMMA injections should remain mostly permanent when properly injected around the penis organ. We believe the biggest risk to their loss comes from the mechanical action of vigorous sex or masturbation, which runs the risk of dislodging the PMMA microspheres. As a result, we advise PMMA patients to develop the habit of masturbating with a “flesh light”-type device. It is more suitable for the penis and results in better penile performance during vaginal sex by design.
Suneva said that in its five-year, 1,008-patient research, users saw an 87 percent retention rate, which is indicative of near permanence. Within two years, Bellafill is anticipated to release the results of a ten-year trial. Such long-term studies are very difficult to administer. Patients move, lose interest, and undergo further treatments, making it challenging to gather quality long-term data.
Note: no other version of PMMA in the world has ever performed a clinical study proving longevity beyond five years. Such studies are extremely challenging to administer and very rare in healthcare.

Our trained, male, certified case consultant will be happy to help you get the answers you need. He’ll answer all your questions and confirm you’re well suited for whatever pathway you have in mind.
Afterwards, and before we can scheduling the exact date for your first procedure, our surgeon will need to conduct a brief urologic examination. The majority of men complete this step using the same safe HIPPA-protected Telehealth platform that we use to treat urologic clinical patients.
Remember, there are some men not well suited for a non-surgical enlargement
- Patients must be circumcised. Adding girth to an uncircumcised penis almost always causes issues with the natural function of foreskin retraction during an erection, resulting in phimosis, infections, and a number of problematic urologic disorders. We provide non-surgical cosmetic circumcisions for $3,900 that leave extra skin for men wanting to create an extra thick penis. At least three months must pass after a new circumcision has been performed before a non-surgical penile enlargement can be performed.
- Men with enlarged suprapubic fat pads above the base of their penis are not good candidates for starting with a non-surgical girth enlargement. This enhancement will almost always make them appear smaller than they were originally. These men shoulder consider a surgical option where the fat pad is removed, the stomach contoured, and the penis lengthened in a singular procedure.
- Patients with a micropenis usually don’t get fulfilling results starting with a non-surgical girth They should first start with either non-surgical or surgical lengthening. Adding thickness to a shorter penis doesn’t create a positive outcome and will almost always cause the penis to appear smaller.
