Let’s start with the basics: how thick are you right now?
To determine your present penile thickness, all you’ll need is a soft vinyl tape measure. If you don’t have a tape measure, a piece of string and a marker can be used to identify the various flaccid and erect girth measurements if you don’t already have one. After that, you can use a straight ruler to measure the thickness by lying the marked string alongside the ruler. Measure around the thickest part of your shaft if there’s any variance in your girth.
- Gently wrap the vinyl tape or string around the thickest section of your penile shaft.
- Make a note or draw a line where the tape stops or where the string ends meet.
- Masturbate to anything that gets you going quickly.
- Use the same procedure to figure out your erect girth.
You now have a better understanding of the thickness of your penis when erect and flaccid.

– After your first foundational layering is complete and fully healed (minimum six weeks), you can safely add your second set of eight foundational layers. Moving too quickly between layering is a source for a less than stellar foundation, limiting bigger outcomes in the future. Men with an average sized penis will typically be about one inch thicker after these first two layering sessions.
Get to your targeted thickness
With your healthy foundation in place, we can now more quickly ramp up your injections to get you to almost any targeted thickness. Your subsequent layering sessions can include up to 13 layers (Jumbo) in a single session, providing you with a grand total of 29 layers, or almost 25 mL of H/A after three rounds of layering, which will create a larger, thicker penis that’s usually between 1.75 – 2.0 inches thicker than when you started. (for an average sized penis)
