Scott Baker, DC, serves as Medical Affairs Director at Morganstern Rejuvall Health Centers.

Njideka C. Sackey, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, also known as NJ, is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Morganstern Rejuvall Health Centers. Her current clinical focus is men’s health, patient education, treatment planning support, procedure preparation, surgical support, and follow-up care.
With more than 15 years of nursing and advanced clinical practice experience, NJ brings a broad healthcare background to her role at Rejuvall. Her experience includes family practice, women’s health, mental and behavioral health, chemical addiction care, dialysis, rehabilitation, home health, case management, preventive care, hormone optimization, sexual health, chronic disease management, quality improvement, and healthcare leadership.
At Rejuvall, NJ helps patients feel informed and supported throughout the treatment process. She works closely with the clinical team to help patients understand their care plan, prepare for procedures, follow recovery instructions, and stay connected through follow-up care.

Jalesha C. Gordwin, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Nurse Practitioner | Patient Care, Education & Follow-Up
Jalesha C. Gordwin, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Morganstern Rejuvall Health Centers.
She brings more than 12 years of healthcare experience to her role, with a clinical background in obstetrics, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, medical oncology, outpatient infusion, survivorship care, and acute care nursing.
Before becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, Jalesha practiced for 10 years as an acute care oncology registered nurse. She later earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Mercer University’s Georgia Baptist College of Nursing and became an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner.
At Rejuvall, Jalesha supports patients through clinical care, patient education, treatment-plan guidance, and follow-up. Her experience in oncology, women’s health, procedural care, and patient-centered communication gives her a strong foundation for helping patients feel informed, supported, and connected throughout their care journey.
