General Questions About Rejuvall Non-Surgical Penile Enlargement

How big can I become from a non-surgical Rejuvall® enlargement?

Most patients can build to a size that feels meaningfully larger—but the best outcomes come from staged growth rather than trying to do everything in one visit.

At Rejuvall, we typically begin with foundational layering so the tissue adapts gradually, swelling fully resolves, and the result stays smooth and symmetrical over time. The first session is often the most reactive (more swelling and shape changes), which is why we usually schedule a settling window before adding additional layers.

If a patient ultimately wants a permanent result using Bellafill® (PMMA), we generally recommend establishing the foundation first (most often with HA) so the final contour is easier to refine and more predictable long-term.

How is a Rejuvall® non-surgical penis enlargement performed?

Non-surgical enlargement is performed in-office using topical numbing and local anesthetic. Most sessions are completed in under an hour.

  • No incisions, sutures, scalpels, or general anesthesia
  • A brief urologic evaluation is required prior to treatment
  • Most patients describe the experience as “uncomfortable at times” rather than painful

Who performs Rejuvall’s non-surgical enlargement procedures?

Rejuvall’s protocols were developed through the long collaboration of Steven L. Morganstern, MD and Kenneth J. Carney, MD, PHARM, FACS. Today, Dr. Carney performs all enlargement procedures at Rejuvall.

Where can I view authentic “Before and After” images?

You can view verified patient images in our before-and-after gallery (age-restricted access applies). If you don’t see the type of case you’re looking for, ask during your consultation and our team can point you to the most relevant categories.

How is the Rejuvall® HA product injected?

Placement and distribution matter as much as the material. Rejuvall uses a precision sculpting approach (MacroSculpting™) designed to optimize:

  • smooth contour
  • symmetry
  • natural feel
  • long-term stability

Dr. Carney will recommend the safest placement strategy based on your anatomy and the type of filler being used.

Choosing a Path: Surgical vs. Non-Surgical Girth

Surgical vs. non-surgical girth: which path is right for you?

We offer both surgical and non-surgical approaches to increasing girth. In general:

Non-surgical fillers (HA and Bellafill®/PMMA)

  • Fast recovery and minimal downtime
  • Great for “test-driving” size and shape (especially HA)
  • Maintenance is optional (HA) or minimal (permanent collagen scaffold options are typically refinement-based)

Surgical girth enhancement (PERM®)

  • Designed for patients seeking the most significant, permanent change through a surgical approach
  • Usually selected by patients who want a larger jump in size and prefer a one-plan surgical pathway

If you’re unsure, the easiest way to decide is to start with your goals (reversible vs. permanent, timeline, and size target) and confirm candidacy during your consult.

Questions About Results and Sizing

Will non-surgical injections lengthen my penis?

Non-surgical fillers are designed to increase girth (circumference), not true anatomical length. Some men notice that their flaccid hang looks longer after girth enhancement because the added mass can reduce “turtling” and make the penis hang heavier. But it does not create the same type of length change as a dedicated lengthening protocol.

If your main goal is visible length, that’s a separate pathway (MAXL and/or surgical lengthening) and should be planned intentionally.

How big can I get from non-surgical girth enhancement?

Most patients can build to a size that feels meaningfully larger—but the best results come from staged growth, not rushing. Think of girth enhancement like building a clean foundation and then expanding gradually. When you give the tissue time to settle between sessions, you get:

  • smoother contours
  • better symmetry
  • a more natural look and feel

Your safe, sensible volume per session depends on baseline anatomy, skin characteristics, and how your body responds during the first few weeks.

How much filler do I need?

There isn’t a one-size answer because filler volume needs scale with:

  • your starting length and girth
  • your skin envelope and elasticity
  • whether you’re building a foundation or refining a contour

At Rejuvall, the goal is not “maximum volume in one day.” It’s building a result that stays smooth, stable, and natural over time.

Should I be concerned about filler migration?

Any volumizing procedure can shift if aftercare is ignored or if the tissue is stressed too early. That’s why we provide structured post-treatment guidance and, when appropriate, supportive garments to help stabilize the result as it settles.

A key benefit of starting with HA is adjustability: HA can be softened, refined, or dissolved if needed. Permanent options can also be refined, but the strategy differs—so we plan sequencing carefully to keep results clean and predictable.

Glans (“Head”) Enlargement

Can I increase the size of the head of my penis or just the shaft?

It can be possible to treat the glans (“head”), but it does not respond as reliably as the shaft.

The glans has different tissue architecture and nerve density, which means:

  • results can be less predictable
  • longevity is typically shorter than shaft enhancement
  • conservative planning is essential to protect sensation and function

If glans enhancement is a priority for you, we’ll discuss realistic expectations and whether it fits your anatomy and goals.

Candidacy Questions

Do I need to be circumcised for non-surgical girth enhancement?

Yes. Rejuvall requires circumcision prior to girth enhancement to reduce the risk of uneven contour changes and improve long-term aesthetics. If you’re not circumcised, we’ll discuss the right order of steps during your evaluation.

Are there men who are not good candidates for non-surgical girth enhancement as a first step?

Two scenarios often require a different sequence:

1) A large suprapubic fat pad / buried appearance

If a portion of the shaft is hidden by the fat pad, adding girth first can make the penis look shorter because more circumference can retract into the surrounding tissue. In these cases, we typically discuss addressing visibility and base anatomy first, then adding girth.

2) True micropenis or severe proportion imbalance

If the visible shaft length is extremely limited, adding girth first can worsen proportions. These patients often do best starting with a length-focused plan and then building girth later for balance.

Every patient is evaluated individually—our job is to recommend the order of steps that produces a proportional result without compromising function.

Am I a good candidate for Rejuvall® non-surgical enhancement?

Non-surgical enhancement is often accessible to a wide range of patients, but candidacy is still medical. We consider:

  • anatomy and goals
  • healing risk factors
  • ability to follow aftercare
  • whether sequencing should start with visibility/length first

One consistent requirement at Rejuvall is circumcision prior to girth enhancement to support better long-term aesthetics and stability.

To confirm candidacy, start here by submitting the Cosmetic Urology Assessment form.

If I have a large pubic fat pad, can I still get non-surgical filler?

Sometimes—but it often requires the right sequence.

If a significant portion of the shaft is hidden, adding girth first can worsen the “buried” appearance. In these cases we typically discuss improving visibility (and dartos repair if appropriate) first, then adding girth once the shaft is more externally visible.

This is exactly the type of scenario where an in-person evaluation matters.

Can I get a non-surgical procedure if I already had penile augmentation before?

Often yes, but prior treatments can change anatomy and planning. If you’ve had previous fillers, fat transfer, or other enhancement work, you’ll need an evaluation so we can determine:

  • what’s currently present
  • what’s safe to add or refine
  • the best pathway for symmetry and long-term stability

Can I get non-surgical enlargement if I have Peyronie’s disease?

If Peyronie’s is active or untreated, we recommend evaluation and treatment planning for the underlying condition first. Enhancement decisions should be made carefully so we don’t mask a medical problem or create avoidable contour issues.

Can I fly in for treatment?

Yes. If you’re flying in and out the same day, we’ll help you plan scheduling around treatment timing and post-care instructions.

Can I have non-surgical enlargement if I have erectile dysfunction?

It may be possible, but it’s not advisable. If ED is present, treating function first is the best move. During consultation, we’ll discuss what makes sense medically and psychologically based on your goals.

Questions About HA Non-Surgical Enlargement

What is Hyaluronic Acid (HA)?

Hyaluronic Acid is a naturally occurring substance found throughout the body. In aesthetic medicine, HA can be formulated into a smooth, volumizing gel. When placed properly in the penile shaft tissue planes, HA can create a natural feel and appearance with results that are reversible.

How long do HA results last?

In penile tissue, HA often lasts ~12–48 months, depending on product selection, metabolism, activity level, and aftercare. Many men maintain their size long-term with small, planned top-ups instead of waiting for full fade.

If you want a “try it first” option with long-lasting results and reversibility, HA is usually the best starting point.

What are the risks of HA?

Any injection carries risk, but HA has a long history of use in medicine and aesthetics. Potential issues can include swelling, bruising, infection, contour irregularities, and—rarely—firm areas that may need smoothing or dissolving.

One reason HA is widely chosen as a first step is that it can be adjusted and, if needed, dissolved—which gives patients flexibility while they learn what size and shape they like.

Will I have lumps or unevenness after HA?

Early swelling can temporarily create unevenness, especially after a first session. Most contour issues improve as tissue settles. When needed, we guide patients through aftercare steps (including timing-specific smoothing) and can refine symmetry in follow-up.

The goal is a natural look, not a “one-day transformation” that sacrifices contour quality.

When can I have sex again after HA?

Most patients are advised to avoid sexual activity for about one week, depending on how healing looks and how much swelling is present. Your specific instructions will be provided after treatment.

What does recovery look like after HA?

Most men return to normal daily activity quickly. Swelling and bruising are common early and usually improve over days. The first few weeks are the “settling” phase—this is when aftercare matters most for keeping results smooth and stable.

What does HA enlargement cost?

Pricing depends on total volume and how many sessions are needed to reach your goal safely. In general, your plan is built around staged growth rather than maximum volume all at once. For current pricing, use the pricing page, and during your consult we’ll outline:

  • the recommended foundation approach
  • the estimated number of sessions
  • the best long-term maintenance strategy (if you want to stay reversible)

Questions About Bellafill® (PMMA) Permanent Filler

What is BellaThick™ (Bellafill® / PMMA) at Rejuvall?

BellaThick™ is Rejuvall’s non-surgical protocol using Bellafill® (PMMA) in a way designed specifically for penile anatomy and long-term symmetry.

PMMA works differently than HA. Instead of acting as a temporary gel that fades, it’s used to create a permanent collagen scaffold—your body forms collagen around the microspheres, producing durable girth that doesn’t “wear off” the way HA does.

Is Bellafill® (PMMA) permanent?

Bellafill® (PMMA) is designed to be long-lasting and effectively permanent for girth enhancement because the collagen framework it creates is not meant to dissolve like HA. In real-world practice, patients may choose optional refinements over time for symmetry or additional size, but not because the result is expected to disappear.

Why does Rejuvall start with HA before Bellafill® (PMMA)?

For most patients, starting with HA first is the best way to:

  • build a smooth foundation
  • “test-drive” size and feel
  • let swelling fully settle
  • confirm your ideal contour before choosing permanence

Once your HA result is stable and you’re confident in the look, Bellafill® (PMMA) can be layered strategically to convert that aesthetic into a permanent collagen scaffold. This helps reduce guesswork and supports better long-term symmetry.

What are the risks of Bellafill® (PMMA)?

As with any procedure, risks exist and patient selection matters. Potential issues can include swelling, firmness, contour irregularities, or nodules that may require refinement. Long-term success depends heavily on technique, appropriate staging, and aftercare—which is exactly why Rejuvall treats permanent filler as a structured protocol, not a one-time injection.

How many sessions does Bellafill® (PMMA) take?

Permanent girth enhancement is typically built in stages. The right pace depends on your foundation, goals, and how your tissue responds over time. During consultation, we’ll recommend the safest progression to reach your desired size without sacrificing contour.

What does Bellafill® (PMMA) cost?

Permanent filler pricing depends on total volume and how many staged sessions are needed. The best way to estimate cost is to determine:

  • your baseline measurements and anatomy
  • your target size range
  • whether you’re starting with HA first (recommended for most patients)

You can view current pricing on the pricing page, and we’ll map a realistic plan during consultation.

Questions About MAXL® Non-Surgical Lengthening

What is MAXL®?

MAXL® is Rejuvall’s non-surgical penile lengthening protocol that combines traction + vacuum + restorative support therapies in a structured 90-day plan. It was developed by Dr. Steven L. Morganstern and Dr. Kenneth J. Carney and is designed to produce measurable length gains without surgery.

How does MAXL® work?

MAXL® is built around a combined approach we call TOR:

  • Traction (consistent daily stretching using a calibrated device)
  • Optimized blood flow (clinic-supported therapies plus vacuum support)
  • Restorative therapy (nutraceutical support to help create the right environment for tissue remodeling)

The goal is controlled, medically guided tissue remodeling—not aggressive or improvised stretching.

How much time does MAXL® take each day?

After your initial in-office calibration visit, most patients commit to a little over an hour daily (about ~1.5 hours/day) for 90 days. Many men do therapy while relaxing at home (for example, watching TV).

What results can I expect from MAXL®?

Results vary by anatomy and consistency, but Rejuvall’s internal data from 500+ patients over 90 days shows:

  • average length increases of approximately 1 inch
  • plus ¼–½ inch average girth increase

Your consult determines what range is realistic for you and what plan best matches your goals.

Are MAXL® results permanent?

MAXL® is designed to create durable gains by inducing physiologic hyperplasia (tissue growth through increased cell number). Because the goal is true tissue growth—not temporary swelling—patients typically maintain improved length even after the 90-day program ends.

Will MAXL® increase girth too?

Yes—MAXL® is primarily length-focused, but many patients also see modest thickness growth (commonly ¼–½ inch in Rejuvall’s internal data). If girth is your main priority, HA fillers are often the more direct path, and MAXL® may be used to optimize proportions first.

Is MAXL® safe? Does it affect sexual function or urination?

MAXL® is non-invasive (no incisions, sutures, or anesthesia). When followed as instructed, the protocol is designed to be safe and patient-friendly. Rejuvall reports no negative impact on sexual or urinary function in its tracked outcomes. As with any program, correct technique and compliance matter.

Who is a good candidate for MAXL®?

MAXL® is often ideal for:

  • men who want more length (and sometimes modest girth) without surgery
  • men who prefer a structured, medically guided plan rather than DIY devices
  • men who want to optimize tissue before considering surgical lengthening or non-surgical girth enhancement
  • men who may not be ideal surgical candidates due to age, smoking, elevated A1C, or medical history (case-by-case)

Who may not be a good candidate (or needs evaluation first)?

You should be evaluated before starting MAXL® if you have:

  • significant penile curvature or suspected Peyronie’s disease
  • a buried presentation from a large suprapubic fat pad where sequencing matters
  • prior complex enhancement history that changes anatomy
  • pain, numbness, or signs of injury with traction or vacuum use

A consultation helps confirm candidacy and the safest sequencing.

What if I do MAXL® and later want surgical lengthening?

MAXL® is often used as an optimization step before surgical lengthening. In eligible patients, combining MAXL® with surgical MegaMAXL® is positioned as a pathway to a cumulative 2-inch guaranteed gain (for qualified candidates under the surgical guarantee criteria).

What if I’ve had a “lig cut” or length surgery elsewhere and didn’t gain much?

Many men pursue MAXL® because it’s structured and clinically guided. Whether it can help after prior surgery depends on your anatomy, scar behavior, and current tissue mobility. That’s why an evaluation is required before making a recommendation.

What’s included with my MAXL® package?

MAXL® typically includes:

  • complimentary phone case evaluation
  • clinical measuring instruction/tools
  • in-office calibration and training for the traction device and vacuum pump
  • restorative/support therapies (including ECP)
  • a 90-day nutraceutical plan
  • follow-up visit(s) as directed

How do I get started with MAXL®?

Questions About Switching Paths and Long-Term Planning

If I start with HA, can I switch to a permanent option later?

Yes. Many patients begin with HA for reversibility and then choose permanence after they’ve confirmed their ideal size and shape. This staged path is one of the safest ways to get a predictable final result.

What if I don’t like my HA result?

HA can be adjusted and, if necessary, dissolved. Most men don’t need dissolving—small refinements and follow-up contour work usually solve the issue. But the option matters, especially for first-time patients.

Volume Planning FAQs

How much injectable HA will I need?

Volume depends on:

  • baseline length and girth
  • skin elasticity and tissue characteristics
  • whether you’re building a foundation or refining a contour

Rejuvall uses a staged approach where early sessions focus on foundational symmetry and later sessions focus on shaping and your target size.

If you want a quick estimate based on your current measurements and goals, use our girth size calculator.

How many HA layering sessions will I need?

Many patients complete their foundation over two sessions spaced about 6–8 weeks apart, then decide whether they want:

  • maintenance top-ups (to stay reversible), or
  • a more permanent pathway after the contour is proven and stable

Will HA reabsorb after girth enhancement?

Yes. The body gradually metabolizes HA over time. Many men maintain their result with small, planned top-ups rather than waiting for full fade.

If needed, HA can also be dissolved with hyaluronidase—one reason it’s a popular starting point for first-time patients.

Products Used

What products are used for non-surgical HA enlargement at Rejuvall?

We use FDA-approved HA fillers selected for stability, longevity, and adjustability. Our goal is to choose a product that:

  • looks and feels natural
  • holds up well in penile tissue
  • can be refined if needed

Currently, Rejuvall offers Revanesse® Versa™ hyaluronic acid filler for HA girth augmentation.

For patients who want a more permanent result, we also offer Bellafill® (PMMA) through a staged protocol after an appropriate foundation is established.

What can I do if I absorb HA quickly?

Some patients metabolize HA faster than expected. If that happens, we can discuss:

  • adjusting product selection and session timing
  • maintenance strategy
  • whether a longer-lasting pathway is appropriate for your goals and anatomy

The right answer depends on your priorities (reversible vs. permanent) and how your tissue responds over the first few months.

Recovery and Safety

Is a non-surgical enhancement painful?

Most patients report minimal discomfort. We use numbing strategies and local anesthetic to keep treatment tolerable.

When can I return to sexual activity?

Most patients are advised to wait about one week, depending on swelling and how the injection sites are healing. We’ll give you specific guidance after treatment.

Will my partner notice?

Partners often notice increased circumference, especially with larger total volumes. Sensation and function are designed to be preserved when treatment is properly planned and performed.

Will my penis function normally afterward?

The goal is to preserve normal erectile function, sensation, orgasm, and urination. Individual experiences vary, and any concerns should be addressed promptly with your care team.

Do I need to go to a hospital?

No. These are in-office procedures performed under local anesthesia without incisions.

What post-procedure precautions should I follow?

Expect swelling and occasional bruising, especially after initial sessions. The most important precautions are:

  • follow your aftercare instructions
  • keep the area clean
  • avoid sex and intense activity until cleared
  • return for follow-up if something looks or feels off

Early intervention makes small issues easier to correct.

Are stitches required? Do I need a traction/stretcher device?

No stitches are required. A traction device is not typically required for non-surgical girth enhancement at Rejuvall (unless you are on a separate lengthening protocol).

What are the potential complications?

Complications are uncommon but can include swelling, bruising, infection, contour irregularities, and firm areas that may need refinement. We provide clear guidance on what’s normal, what isn’t, and how to reach us quickly if you need help.

Circumcision scar line and healing delays

Is there anything else I should be concerned about?

In a minority of patients, a deeper circumcision scar line can influence swelling patterns and how fluid drains during early healing. When that happens, it can take longer for swelling to resolve, and the area just behind the scar line may look more “puffy” temporarily.

The key points:

  • this is usually manageable with correct aftercare
  • follow-up is important if swelling persists or looks asymmetric
  • we’ll tell you exactly what to watch for and when to check in
