Dr. Steven L. Morganstern is Rejuvall’s founder and Medical Director, with more than four decades in clinical urology and men’s sexual health. Dr. Kenneth Jeffery Carney is Rejuvall’s lead penile enhancement surgeon — the physician who performs our surgical procedures and advanced injectable protocols. He is one of a small number of surgeons with the rare combination of urology training, advanced reconstructive expertise, and a PharmD-level pharmacology background, which informs both safety standards and long-term planning for cosmetic urologic care.
